Both Sears & Kmart have moved from Little Rock & some products I liked appear to no longer be available. It started a couple tears ago when I took my lawn mower purchased there into Sears for service. Learned no more service at Sears. Had to go to a local place & took a long time. A few weeks ago, went to North Little Rock Store to get spark plug & oil filter from that location (20 miles or more away). Nice salesman; but, both wrong items. After many, many years shopping at Sears mostly, Kmart occasionally, I am to the point if not shopping at either place. Have closed so many, so, maybe answer is just close them all. Brands changed, no service, so, no need for me to spend my $$ either place. Closed my account as well. Disappointing.

Update: I’m on the August 23, 2018 version. I still can’t view my cart without the cart crashing, emptying itself, and telling me to login when I already am. I haven’t been able to add items to my cart for the past 4 updates!!! The app is broken. It’s sad because I’m trying to shop with Kmart to help keep them in business, but their app literally will not let me give them my money.

Love the deals but sometimes the app will freeze and I will miss a freecash offer while trying to check out. Granted I should try to make my purchases prior to midnight but once I start looking on the app I lose track of time and then have to rush to the checkout! Just wish it wouldn’t freeze at the worst times. Other than that I love Kmart and their rewards program!!!
