While it works it needs improvement

I'm using the apple version and 90% of the time the app is fine but it does tend to crash or fail to load on occasion. I would like the option to set up auto refill or change it from the app. I would love for the designers to look at other pharmacies apps the ability to see the cost of medications before I get the pharmacy would be great. It needs to be easier to manage the families medication. My other issues fall with a lazy pharmacy staff.

At least Kmart corrected most of the operational flaws with the app quickly. Still not at the level of Kmart's competitors though. Also one needs to actually pick up a prescription at Kmart for this app to be of use. Refilling from the app does not work, always says unable to connect to server (probably because Kmart is stuck in 2000 and its 2015 now)

I had a valid account configured. My Rx requests, once submitted never listed what just that I had submitted. Now, I am being asked to validate from a prescription filled. I have tried submitting over and over to no avail. Giving up and deleting. Painful in this day that an app is so buggy.

It does keep a record of your prescriptions but, that is the only good thing about it. It has not worked right for months. I have deleted it and reinstalled. Can't do refills. Keeps erroring out.

I can see all my prescriptions in one place. But, what's most useful are the reminders. When the pharmacist has filled my prescription, I'm notified that it's ready to be picked up.

Tried to sign-up but received an error message stating some piece of information was incorrect. Without knowing which item I was unable to create an account. Waste of time.

I have never been able to get on it. I get an error message every time. I've tried reloading the app, changing my password, nothing works.
