It has bugs/issues more than it actually works correct!!

This is THE MOST CONVIENENT WAY for me (on the go all the time Mom, Wife, Daughter, Nurse!!! Just to name a few lol) but, I hardly ever have the bottles with me when I remember to order our meds - and I also take care of my folks meds too. This is the best concept ever and I know a bunch of other pharms have had a similar app for quite some time, that works..... I know sometimes there are bugs and issues in the beginning, but that should have been handled a long time ago. Also, when a bug/glitch is reported or noticed, most apps can have a new version very very quickly. So far, this new issue has been two weeks out. I'm just overly disappointed. I have been a loyal Kmart customer for 21 years and this almost makes me wanna switch Pharms just for the matter

This App is a joke. Never works. Even the person at the pharmacy says to call in the refill because they don't always get them from the app.

I was happy when I thought I could view prescription information from this app like I do with Walgreen that was until the latest update caused the app to close upon signing in. I am very disappointed.

I can't even log into this app anymore. As soon as I enter my password, the app closes! Please fix the bugs!!

Going through their ions of entering the scripts seem easy enough... Used the app to refill 3 scripts with the option to have a text notification when ready to be picked up. No notification came... Had to call in and wade thru all the phone prompts to find out the status. 2customer service requests thru the app have gone in answered.

Terrible app............

I gave it 1 star only because I couldn't give it 0 stars! The app closes every time I login. Even before the update the app was hard to navigate thru, was NOT user friendly and they never received my transfer requests! Total disappointment!

I've always had issues with this app but with the new update now it just crashes after signing in. Great idea, bugs just need to be fixed.

It would be great if, when i try to refill my prescription, it would show up as being in my cart. Hopefully they fixed that.
