It's so hard to earn cash or coins to upgrade and then the free videos never work ?. I'm addicted but refuse to buy anything. Love hate relationship here 9/13/17 so an update came out on the 8th and I haven't been able to get into the game for the last two days now?? not good ?
No internet connection

My game keeps cutting off saying that theres no internet connection even though everything else in the house is working just fine.

Love this game but it keeps shutting down on me!!!! Either the game won't load or it will freeze in the middle of a game for a "lost internet connection" even though my connection is perfect. I end up losing supplies and premium items that I paid for. Fix this now!
Fun game. Hard to get upgrades

This is my favorite kitchen/service game. It works and runs smoothly and i love the animation. I dont mind having to wait for supplies to replenish before i get to play more levels. But i wish it was way easier/more feasible to get bucks in order to upgrade materials or get tokens. I would watch ads all day if i could get a few bucks for watching an add. The current "earn free bucks" thing does not work except for earning one buck for clicking an ad. The actual dollar cost for buy ingame upgrade bucks is ridiculous. I really wonder how many people spend the money to buy upgrade bucks because its way higher than the ratio that other games offer that i have actually purchased or considered purchasing. I wont even consider it in this game. Please make it easier to earn more bucks faster so that the items can be upgraded. It would make the game 10x more enjoyable.

I love this game but it's not working it tells me no internet connection. Only working when I'm on wifi. Can you please fix this bug?
Games crashes and freezes

The game regularly fails to load. It crashes a lot, especially after I start a level. To add to that burn even though I didn't finish the level I lose the supplies. Latest edition is worse with regards to crashing.
Please fix the glitches! I love this game!

This game would be sooo awesome! If it didn't take hours before you can get 10 more tokens to play? I really love this game. Can you please fix the glitches! And also when you get to higher levels, the game starts to run weird. I would love to complete the whole game, please fix. Thank you!!!!
Fun but glitchy

Love this game but half the time I get out in the middle of playing so I lose my supplies and the level. Videos don't play, token gates are messy, and she need to change clothes. Please fix it. I will try to hang in here before deleting the app.
