I have had this game for a while and even though it’s fun to play - unless you’re looking for a disappointment don’t download it. This game has so many crashes and bugs- and they are rarely connected. I have been in contact with the game creators and every time I advise them it’s not working they ask a trail of questions that leads no where and then they ask for me to send over details from screens within the game- which I can’t access because the game will LITERALLY NOT OPEN. When I advise them of this they basically say “we’re stumped and we will work on this in the mean time play on Facebook” which is not accessible via mobile phone. I have also purchased cling packs and credits through this game - all pointless since it won’t open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times it’s crazy and have about 50 emails back and forth with support. It’s a very fun game but not worth the time to get in functioning and only really being able to play it about 2 months out of the whole year. Save your self the frustration, disappointment and headache - don’t download ANY games form this company. Thanks RockYou games - for nothing and bad customer support.

New glitch... I had to re install... would not load, and yes I am connected to internet... This game crashes a lot! Needs a major bug fix! Keep uninstalling and reinstalling... Doesn't always fix the problem to close and start the game again... Then there's the rewards and cash glitches... It tells me I earn cash tips along with coins and I never get my cash. Then when food runs out it says I need 24 in cash to keep playing. Now it says error receiving rewards... After watching videos.... Stellar programming! This is becoming too annoying to play... I don't see a better rating for this game, because the creator's don't seem to care enough to fix the problem. It still wants me to submit a review!
Love it❤️ but Never loads and glitches a lot

I love the game❤️ but It takes forever to load and it always glitches. Sometimes I will wait about 5 minutes or more just for it to load. The game is awesome but it needs improvement.

I’ve played this game off and on for years. It was much better years ago and actually fun. I don’t know what you developers did to the game but it is no longer fun, just frustrating. You do everything right in a level and you can’t even get the ONE star to move forward! What the hell? How is this supposed to be fun? Or is it just an angle for people to use their hard earned money to buy the stupid stuff to make it go faster? I used to love this game, it’s a shame to see what it has become.

This game used to be fun, however now it’s all tons of ads, crashes and you have to spend money in order to move on in the game or play the same levels over and over and over just to get enough tokens to move ahead. Buying cash for the extras is exorbitantly expensive and it’s no worth it cause the game is going to crash anyway. Some days I can’t even get into the game because of the ads and crashing. Such a waste of a potentially great game.

I’m on 202 in Lil wok and I haven’t had my coffee machine. It won’t give it to me and I should hve it being this far into the game. Something is wrong

Very hard level in this location FINALLY beat it have to wait 24 hours for gate to open. Go in an hour later forces me back to final level of Bon Chomps.

I downloaded the game, and after the first loading screen. It gets stuck on the bowl stirring... I would really like to play the game since a few years ago I was able to play it and I enjoyed it.
