SENA ruined the best game on the App Store

Update: SENA claims to have optimized this game for iPhone X. It turns out they lied, all they did was put a repeating Kingdom Hearts icon logo all around the black space where the game doesn’t fill out the rest of the screen. They may as well not have done anything at all. I’ll change this part of my review when they truly optimize the game for iPhone X. Also, players are still cheating and giving themselves virtually unlimited jewels to pull for the best medals as many times as they want, leaving the honest players with the worst medals and almost no chance of getting the ones advertised on the banners. This makes me not want to play anymore. I used to play every single day, now I only play if I get bored and have absolutely nothing else to do. I want what used to be my favorite game back!! Come on SENA, you guys can do better than this. I liked this game when I first started playing and didn't know everything about it. Even though it's simple to play, it can be really fun and has way better graphics than most RPG games. I hate the classic pixelated style and it's no fun playing 3D games with bad graphics. I pulled for the Kairi Ex medal 26 times without ever getting it and 24 of those times I didn't get any medals over 4 tiers. The other 2 times the highest medal I got was a single 5 tier medal with only one special attack dot. I wasted jewels 26 times just trying to get one medal. I'm also not paying $15 a week just to get to play every part of the game including the VIP quests and in order to get certain medals from quests only playable by paying the weekly fee. I could see if it was a reasonable monthly or yearly fee, but $15 a week per person is ridiculous. The players who do pay the $15 weekly VIP quest fee and pay for extra jewels have an advantage over those who play for free or don't spend very much money on the game. It makes it not as fun to play for the players who don't spend anything. Especially in the Raid Boss and Union Cross Quests, the players who pay always end up on top with the most points and prizes for finishing first. The same goes for the weekly rankings where medals are given out as prizes. I'm really getting sick of not being able to compete and now I don't even want to play anymore. All the fun has been sucked out of the game by the unfair elements and stupid players who mouth off and try to make other players feel bad.
Can't import on older devices

I can't import my game to my older iPad Air on iOS 8.4. I played this game on it just fine all this time but now I can't. I get stuck on migrate data and opening fb and back to migrate data screen. Please help!

Game is basically another pay to win game. I started playing the game because I enjoyed the PlayStation games but this game is so bad compared to them. The story is basically nonexistent with maybe 5 missions out of a hundred that give any info on what’s going on.

The game is fun, customizing avatars and that stuff, there’s just one thing, the jewels required to get new medals are hard to obtain, yeah you can complete daily missions and stuff but after that’s done, boom, broke. At least lower the cost to get medals or make it be 10 medals per mission because this stuff is HARD to get. Otherwise its pretty fun!
I miss when fun was free

This used to be my favorite game, advancing was fun and easy. Now getting jewels is like pulling teeth and your strongest medals are no match for the simplest monsters. Even the micro transaction amounts are ridiculous. You need to spend well over $100 for it to be even slightly worth it

KHUx just banned hundreds of its top playing customers. Did not give any support information. Thousands of dollars spent and years in the game gone without any reason, warning or support. Awful developer allows hackers to remain while banning paying customers. Please do not download. DO NOT SUPPORT!

Please update the game for 3 reasons. #1 Please make the game so it will work with out internet. #2 And please remove the animal that follows the main character around. Or if not all ready included in the game please allow an option so people don’t have to have the animal. #3 Please fix the opening video that starts when the game opens. When the game opens the first video starts and then it seems a 2nd later to end the first video and then go right to the 2nd video.
