Expect to put in a lot of money if you want to progress in this game.

Game is fun for a while but after a certain point the game gets boring since it doesn't have much content. If you want to get far expect to add a lot of money, like $15 minimum and how much you want to put weekly, yes they ask for $15 dollars weekly!! cause you can only get good medals by spending jewels and they give you daily jewels but you get 500 per week and to get a set of medals it cost 3000 jewels so you would have to wait a while but the medal pull is extremely unfair to both free to play players and players that put money. a lot of times you get repeats and weak medals that you get from the story mode and that just becomes a waste. Getting a Good strong medal is like a 10% chance, and it's all based on complete luck. The game gets extremely hard and nearly impossible if you don't add money for those medals. Also leveling up can take up to weeks if you miss a day playing because only certain days have events to level up once every week.

Great game that Square Enix North America is screwing up

This game used to be wonderful in the beginning. Overall it is a good game, but it's run by idiots. Now, with each update comes bugs galore. The recent update still didn't really fix some obvious bugs. The IAP in this game is insanely expensive and deceptive. These "deals" as they are referred to in the game basically scam players to spend idiotic amounts of money on medals that become outdated EVERY week. Fortunately I don't spend money on this game, even though I really want to (it's just so badly managed that I can't). I don't care that there are players that will spend enough to buy a friggin' car or years of college tuition on this game, but Square Enix should treat them better. Those players shouldn't even need to spend that much! It's not even like you get a huge advantage if you decide to pay once! You have to draw medals at least 10 times to get the guaranteed premium medal for certain deals. That's over $100. If you want to increase the power of the medal, you need 7 more of that medal to have a chance at a randomly generated attack bonus percentage. If that percentage is on the low end, you need more of that medal to try to roll for a better number. Think about how much money that is; it's way more than $100, and the draws are not even slightly set to favor the player like in other games (Brave Exvius boosted rates, for example). The company has absolutely no regard for their players and paying customers. Support is absolutely terrible if you ever have to contact them. They purposely write in such a vague, copy and paste manner that makes customers distrustful and frustrated. The in-game notices are ALWAYS ridden with erroneous or poorly written information that causes confusion. If you want a game to play super casually and don't care about making progress, this is alright... but if you are looking for something deep and fulfilling you will definitely not find it here. You might if you play the JP version though, is what I hear. Will SENA even care about this review? Will they even try to improve how they are handling this game? The answer is nope.

Amazing game.

This game is quite good. You aren't required to buy jewels to progress through the game and the developers give you plenty of free jewels and even free jewel quests. It does get frustrating and discouraging when you spend 3000 jewels (about 15$) and don't get the featured medal of the week but there are plenty great medals to get for free. Love this game.

It's great, but...

The game is fun... But it crashes all the time and it can get frustrating. It makes me not want to even try to play. And I wish they would increase the amount of jewels you can get. I can only get the 3000 medal pack roughly once to twice month.

Updates doing more bad than good.

When I started out with this game, it was great! No crashes or lag whatsoever. Now with the last two updates, I can hardly start a new mission without it crashing. Probably going to pick up a cheap DS game and play that instead.
