Doesn’t give you k stars after finishing an offer

Obviously k stars are extremely hard to get so there is a chance to get them by completing offers like subscribing for something or downloading the game. So I did the free trial of Apple Music but I didn’t get no reward for it, just as it happened before with another offer. Ugh What’s the point then? Fix this

This game has honestly been a blast. I have been playing non-stop every day for a few weeks now. I hadn’t encountered an issue until I started taking up the offers for the “free” k-stars during this half-off promotion. Completely misleading and waste of time. I have spent hours trying to get them to work properly and have done some of them multiple times and STILL no pay out. I have been talking this game up but now I’m considering deleting the game - too frustrating. I have even sent reports due to not receiving the stars and still no resolve. The emails I have received in response to my reports are LUDICROUS - you guys want screen shots of every single thing I’ve completed showing they’ve completed successfully - really???? Impossible.

I upload twice your”offers” for get stars. The first one was lords mobile and I was supposed to get 66 stars, then -once again- I try to get 122 stars download/using videostripe and I’m still waiting. This is disappointing. For every energy reload the waiting takes TOO LONG. You can’t buy hair, accessories, clothes without k-stars and getting money from the gigs can’t help you to afford “living the luxury life”.

I love this game a lot but lately I cannot go on date without the app crashing and I cannot do recent goals without the app crashing as well. If we could fix that then I would be absolutely so happy!

It’s an awesome game but I’m having an issue so far... in my contacts I see my boyfriend (now husband) there just fine but when I go to any date place he doesn’t show up when I click the heart. But we’re still married because whenever I go to any of my homes he’s there so idk why I can’t call him for a date and if this is an issue that I’m just facing
