Small problem

I started playing this game again after about a year but now the screen is blacking out and freezing so I have to exit the game and wait like 15 mins before letting it load again. But it does this every few mins.

I struggle with this game. A lot. Not that I’m bad at it (how bad could one person even be at a game this simple?), but it’s very difficult to make progress when you can only get small crumbs here and there to help you progress. The game expects you to have a diverse amount of clothing and to network efficiently, but the majority of these options cost insane amounts of K-Stars, which are given out even less than arrests for jaywalking. You have to drop some serious cash for this game to make good progress. And even though energy restores fairly quickly, the events are super short (sometimes as short as an hour). If you’re someone who is busy for multiple hours at a time like me, you can very easily get the door shut on your event before completely finishing it, which means the results come out poor and you lose fans. You literally have to schedule your daily life around the events in this game to make sure you have time to complete them. And you can only complete one or two events at a time before your energy runs out and you have to wait for it to completely recharge or slug through an event at intervals to finish it as your energy trickles in. I think this game is worth it if you have money to blow, and I defintely enjoy it, but the in-game items are so crazy expensive that it’s almost not worth the temptation to shell out real money to get them.
Too many unwanted tasks.

Involving game but too many unwanted tasks lined up (I am talking about those tasks in which you’re not asked before signing up for it). Instead of distracting me it increases my stress levels most of the time. And it wod also show the tasks I have already done.

I wish there was a way to sort the clothing in the closet. By color, by money vs. K-Stars, by price, and by how many star or heart points you can get from it. There’s so much stuff in there it’s overwhelming trying to figure out what to buy! I wish there were tabs to manage all my businesses, homes, and pets! I have the club in Reykjavik, the gym in LA, the 2nd So Chic location, but I don’t remember the other ones and I don’t want to travel all around trying to find them all. **The characters should have body customization** Not everyone is tall and super skinny. I want to be able to name my pets. :) Please make it easier to get stars. I think once you're on the A-list, any 5-star event should get at least 1 K-star. I realize y’all are trying to make money off us but some of us just like playing the game and don’t have money to blow.

Love the game, but maybe interact with spouse/child/pet more. Also wish K gems were a bit easier to earn & that energy refilled a bit faster. Maybe 1 every 1 1/2 minutes? But yeah, great game except for those few things. Also maybe interact with other players?

I have gotten very far on this game and then a couple days ago it just stopped loading! It stays on the loading page you see when you first open the app and I can’t get it to work, I even deleted the app and got it again;(

I really love this game but was hoping maybe you can make a update specifically for iPhone X users to where the game fits full screen? It’ll look way better. The game looks so small on the screen. Please fix????
