Everytime I get on the game and start playing the screen goes black and I can’t hear anything?

I don’t have my baby anymore!!!! I haven’t had the game for awhile and when I finally get it back my baby is home. I spent almost 200 K stars on that baby!!!!! How come my freaking husband is still my husband that is free!!!! AND THE BABY IS GONE. I want my 160 K stars back or my baby!!!! Do you know how many times it too my to get the right baby too?!!!! A LONG TIME THATS WHAT ??? can I have it back please. I’m literally getting so frustrated and so hurt because it took me FOREVER TO SAVE UP. please please help me.

it doesn't load properly. It will load up to 30% and it will begin again. I've downloaded it many times. I even restarted my phone. Help!

This game, by far, is probably one of the most addictive games I've ever played. And while it is a fun game, I have some suggestions that might make it better. 1. Let us age up our kids, alright, so this one is kinda based off of how old Kim's kids actually are now. I think we should be able to age them up to at least so they are toddlers like North. She's like 3 now, right? Idk I think it'd be kinda cool if we could like have the option to age them up, take them to preschool, and have more options to gain fame with them. 2. Let us change our body types. Not all of us are these thin girls with perfect traits. Let us have the option to be curvier or have a bit more weight on us. 3. I've spent so much money on this game, make things a bit cheaper, please. Because I'm not too thrilled about spending all this money on K-Stars and cash when it all disappears so quickly. And make it easier for us to earn K-Stars. 4. More !! Quests !! And !! Opportunities !! With !! Our !! Husbands/wives !! I loved the new quest where we were able to renew our vows in Hawaii and I would love if we’d get to see more cute things like that involving our partners and kids. That's really all I got, other than that, it's a very fun simulation game.
