Verified not Apple's problem with being shut down

I have been having problems for months... I contacted killshot and then they finally sent me a message saying that it was Apple's issue with an new update... I contacted Apple's support staff and worked with them for over two months!!! They had me send information about the usage of my phone when I was on aps... And when ever I played or tried to play killshot!!! I deleted aps ... Changed my podcasts settings... And all kinds of things and the only app that crashed was Kill Shot Bravo! Still after many changes to the game it still crashes after starting mission. They need to fix it!!

iPhoneX on iOS 12.3.1. Game caused phone to lockup, became unresponsive and had to have soft reset performed for screen to work again.

To all prospective Kill Shot Bravo players, please don't waste your time downloading this game. Hothead games are the greediest & most apathetic people you will encounter. The game will cost you $400 -$1000 a month to play at the most competitive levels. The players have tried to reach out to Hothead games since they are providing an inferior product (problems with nearly every event) while charging top dollar. This was once a great game but the developers have engrossed themselves in greed and forced many to leave the game for other games like PUBG. Furthermore, their customer support staff are unhelpful and unfortunately untrained younger kids. AVOID HOTHEAD GAMES LIKE THE PLAGUE. I was a player for over 3 years. If you need to verify my comments, read Kill Shot Bravo's Facebook page comments. The players resent this developer for what they’ve done to the players and to the game.

Pls add a feature to replay a mission or black ops mission

This game use to be fun, not it’s just money hungry. Game cash is useless, can’t obtain game gold to buy new weapons, can’t upgrade weapons to keep playing in the game. This game needs a major overhaul. I’m not spending anymore time or money on it till that happens.

I have been playing KSB for several years now and have spent a staggering sum of money on the game. I recently had an issue where I accidentally double purchased weapons that I already had so I simply asked for a refund. The first person I dealt with was fine however the second person who was a supervisor (Mike) was unbelievably rude. I am not sure how games like this are regulated but someone should step in and discuss how they treat their customers if this is listed on the App Store
