Hostile Customer Support – Kill Shot Bravo: Sniper Games Review
I have been playing KSB for several years now and have spent a staggering sum of money on the game. I recently had an issue where I accidentally double purchased weapons that I already had so I simply asked for a refund. The first person I dealt with was fine however the second person who was a supervisor (Mike) was unbelievably rude. I am not sure how games like this are regulated but someone should step in and discuss how they treat their customers if this is listed on the App Store
