Game is challenging, but every time you need to upgrade!! Ughhhh!!! Always $$$$ It always kicks me out of the game. It cost me too much money. You need to be fair. Try to finish part of the game & I get kicked
Adds freeze the game

90% of the time if I play an add it will not let me continue to the next action (free level restart/bonus earnings). I have to reset the app every time it happens. Fun to play but frustrating to reset every time.

Recent changes have wrecked the game

Since reconfiguring global ops and especially since reconfiguring bounties, player dissatisfaction has been high to put it mildly. People I have played with for years have quit the game because of hothead’s decisions of late. I understand that they are looking after the bottom line, but they get only one star here unless/until they decide to reverse course.

Don’t waste your time as it will cost too much to play

The game has changed drastically ruining the gamers experience. The company doesn’t care about the gamers in the least bit. If there’s an issue, it’s your fault, your problem and not theirs so don’t expect support to help you. They’ve recently increased the costs to play the game to the point you will need to spend thousands of dollars in order to kill a target. That is in addition to the guns you will need to purchase before you start to even play the level. The company brings out new guns so much that anything you win is obsolete the week after you win it. Because of the changes, you will need to spend at least $300 a month at a minimum to be able to have a chance at getting on a decent team and winning gear and guns. The game recently increased the cost of energy to shoot a target from 1 to 2-3 (And it’ll take 3-4x to kill it) and did not increase the slo mo/ ap rewards for each target to reflect the change so you lose valuable consumables every time you fire a single shot (which you absolutely need at all times and will shoot bounties just to stock up). You can buy consumables but they’re expensive and for what you get is no value to the player). The graphics have never changed or been updated and lag pretty much every other game that is out there. Any new players should find a better game to play as this game is not worth the price of admission.

Poor customer service. Greedy developers. New updates/releases have destroyed what used to be an enjoyable gaming experience. Glitches stole 32,753 gold from my account that is 1000USD m value. Support refused to address issue or even engage in a dialog regarding the issue. Do not recommend the game unless you are willing to spend a great deal of money on a frequent basis
