Got notification key is being encrypted and to wait for second message. Got second message. Clicked link, goes to app, doesn’t show any keys. Totally useless.

I’ve spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get a key copy in the app. I made a key at Home Depot, now what. I read all online directions. Terrible app

Can someone please explain how this works? Phone number at the store - log in with email? I thought the machine would text my phone - nope. I thought maybe the app would confirm my phone number - nope. CAN SOMEONE ADVISE HOW TO USE THIS?

So I created an account for my home & garage keys. I loose them a lot so I thought this was made for me. But when I come without my key the machine can’t find my key info & refers me to store associates. They are clueless.

I don't get it ---
The app works fairly well. Like the backup ability and like that you can have a key cut without the original key. The machine works well. The app needs work. The main issue I have is that some app controls are too close to the top of the screen and iOS interferes with ‘clicking’ those controls, as the OS should. It should be an easy thing to redesign the screen to deal with this. The one thing that is very hard to do because of this is rename the keys. Sometimes impossible to do.

With iOS the cut keys button is too close to the top. Would like to use but can’t get to it.

I’m having issues with accounts and my digital backup for a while. Customer service is quick to respond with “the engineering team will update” but literally nothing ever happens and I have to send multiple emails asking for an update.

I didn’t like my info out there somewhere, but I did it. When I tried to create an account it asked for my email. They send an email for you to confirm account. Once confirmed you are supposed to see you keys. They weren’t there. So my info is somewhere in the cloud where it is vulnerable. Bad idea. So sorry I let Home Depot talk me into it.
