I am a 56 year old guy that was looking at knee surgery and a host of organic disease. As part of a regimen ( food and training), i started working with Robert and now try and get to three classes per week. No longer need surgery... Have lost almost 75 lbs. am the strongest i have bern since high school. Robert has taught me how to work safely. Update: Now bad news is im 58.. Good news is I am doing kettlebell tomorrow am and am down 130 lbs

I expected to see lists of exercises and suggested work out routines. This app seems to me to be nothing more than a series of poorly filmed videos. The exercises in the videos are rushed so you really cannot see the technique. I was looking for a list I could follow as I learn the routines. Unfortunately you have to watch a video to learn a routine which by the end of the video you can't remember the technique of the earlier exercises. Even though it is only $1.99, I wish I could get a refund.

If your looking to get into working out with kettlebells I highly recommend this app. There's a lot different workout routines that keeps things interesting. Definitely a must buy

I use this app almost every day. I recommend it if you are already familiar with kettle-bells and are looking for routines to follow.

Great for the beginner and great for the advanced. Always feel like I got a good workout in after I'm done. I use this app constantly.

If you're a kettlebell user this app gives you everything you need. Robert puts together some of the toughest workouts I've ever experienced. Great instruction and well put together. Not to mention you can do these workouts anywhere!!

It exactly what I needed. Clear demonstrations of a whole range of kettle bell exercises with structured workouts. The video demo is very helpful
