Incredible workout! – Kettlebell Training: The Basics Review
I am a 56 year old guy that was looking at knee surgery and a host of organic disease. As part of a regimen ( food and training), i started working with Robert and now try and get to three classes per week. No longer need surgery... Have lost almost 75 lbs. am the strongest i have bern since high school.
Robert has taught me how to work safely.
Update: Now bad news is im 58.. Good news is I am doing kettlebell tomorrow am and am down 130 lbs
