Amazing what you can do with kettle bells. I do my kettle swing slightly different with more of a squat action but theres a ton of cool kettlecises in this app. Nice work!

I love KB 360, and recommend it to all my friends and clients (ACE PT, PFT. WKC Instructor and CSCS) especially with the update. But this is crap! One of the best parts of the update was video running during rest period as a reminder, now we've gone back to stopping the workout? Plus, the ads are obnoxious and designed so you can't avoid them . Kept trying to click out and it kept changing screens on me to ad click. Tried to pay for it to avoid the ads and it kept redirecting me to one of those annoying games. Not your best effort. Hope you get the bugs worked out.

This is a good quick beginner workout. I'm doing it while rehabbing from a neck injury. Using a heavier bell could be a good workout. But I'd definitely not say it's a difficult workout. Great for a big inner. The app seems to function well. The video is helpful and play during rests, showing the next exercise.
