Good free app – Kettle-Bell & Abs Workout FREE - 10 Minute Dumb-bell Six-Pack Exercises & Core Cross Training Review
This is a good quick beginner workout. I'm doing it while rehabbing from a neck injury. Using a heavier bell could be a good workout. But I'd definitely not say it's a difficult workout. Great for a big inner. The app seems to function well. The video is helpful and play during rests, showing the next exercise.
