I LOVE this app. Great demonstrations and easy for beginners to get started.

I tried to do the beginner work out and when I pressed play on the video it wouldn't play. I could be doing something wrong. The written instructions and voice (without video) are acceptable.

The videos don't play. And they simply tell you moves that can be done with a kettle bell. No structure to a workout such as time for each, sets, or reps.

I jumped on my bed and used a throw pillow in place of the kettle bell. It worked like a charm and felt super good. Have fun with your workout ?
