The app isn’t completely stable, but it’s playable on the latest OS. The price is higher than an average game of this caliber. Yes, it’s free for the first fifty games but they can go pretty quickly. After that, it’s $1.99 for 31 more games or $8 for 250 up to $19.95 for a year’s subscription. It’s the author’s game and he’s free to charge what he likes. I don’t begrudge developers for charging. Just know the price you’ll pay after a week or two. Otherwise, it’s a fairly enjoyable game.

Good UI, variety of options for difficulty and type of puzzle. Kenken is a great game

I recently came across this KenKen App, and I love it! It’s official, I’m addicted! I contacted Customer Care on a Sunday, expecting to get a response within days. Not only did I get a same day response, it was to advise me that my issue had been resolved. 5 Stars for the Customer Care too!

Since last update every puzzle freezes for up to 30+ sec. the time keeps ticking away, but display is frozen. Annoying. Reducing to 2 stars.

The app is device specific. If you have paid for access you lose it with a new phone. Thieves.

Sometimes it is hard to figure out where the numbers go. Like if I see the 5+ sign I know that there will be a 2 and a 3 if there are two boxes but you do not know which one goes where

I love this app and game. I’m obsessed. There are only three things that would enhance the app that I can think of 1. Enable offline kenerator. I play a lot of kenken on flights and often run out of puzzles to play 2. Force generate new puzzles. It seems that kenerator sometimes won’t generate new puzzles. It would be great if there was an option to enable kenerator to create a certain number of new puzzles with a specified difficulty and type 3. iPhone X support!

Love this app, allows me to keep my brain in check with fun and interesting puzzles. For people unfamiliar with kenken, it is essentially sudoku with the added twist that there are “cages” (oddly shaped boxes) whose result value must be met through a basic mathematical operation. Only flaw, if any, in the app is that I’m wondering if some of the records on the leaderboards have been made with bots/cheats. Some of the puzzles have been solved in extremely, almost inhumanly fast times.
