No Workie

Arizona Jayhawk

Please fix this app so it works on the iPad. Videos won’t play. I’ve been a long term customer but will not renew this fall if this doesn’t get fixed. Please listen to your customers.

Bad App!

Baugen

I am unable to watch the courseware from my iPad Pro or iPhone. Video stops immediately or will not even load. Seems like they have had sufficient time to get these issues resolved, so I can only assume the app is not important to them. Use the website, it works. I like KelbyOne content.

Not working anymore

Ogi@1975

Used to work flawless but since last update is just not playing any tutorial. I send 2 emails over the last month and the response is that they are working on releasing a new update but so far I lost month a half of my membership that I can’t watch tutorials on the app

Crashes

RBrentH

I have had, and used this app for a long time. But, now every time I launch it on my iPad Pro, it crashed. It will not load at all. I’ve loved it in the past, but it’s worthless now. I only do Kelby training on my iPad, so I would really like it updated to work again.

Update is still bad

If they’re not going to offer a truly-native app, then they should just stick to the website.

Works sporadically

Skip the app. Go online

Great New App

Love the updated app. It’s so much faster and never crashes on me anymore. Finding what I’m looking for is easier than every. Thank you KelbyOne!

Total failure

Update October 3, 2021: app is total junk Apple should ban the money grab operation. Previous review Despite numerous email exchanges for over two months with the developing team this app is a total failure. It seems as if KelbyOne has promoted this app to attract paying customers but fails to deliver. Developing team (if there is such a thing as”developing team”) has shown no ability to fix the app. The latest release claims to have fixed the problem of crashing when watching videos offline. Yet another false claim! And to add to the list of problems with the app, now after it crashed it prompts for the account credentials; however, after entering the user ID, before I even get a chance to enter the password it crashes - bottom line there is no way to start it. The “developing team” clearly has no knowledge on how to develop an app, and clearly has no clue on how to perform app tests (little hint: no need to take an actual flight, download some videos, then turn off the WiFi and attempt to start the app while in “airplane mode”). IT WILL CRUSH! Imagine the users’ frustration, after spending hours downloading videos to watch during some long flight to discover that all that was in vein. The application does not even allow you to mark videos that can be downloaded without the user baby sitting the app, or as some other apps do, allow the user to “sync” previous downloads based on the user’s profile. Complete waist of time and money - stay away from It! Shame on Kelby One for “offering” an app like this.

Login screen broken so app is unusable

Can’t even login—the submit button is obscured by the password field. So there’s not way to use the app to actually do anything tied to your account.

Great when it works

PurplePug

Love love love KelbyOne, and the app is handy and works well most of the time, when it works. But every so often it will auto-sign me out, and when I try to log back in, it crashes. I have to delete it and reinstall to get it to allow me to login and to run again. It’ll be good for a few days. Then it’ll sign me out, and back to the same cycle. It’s super frustrating. When it’s working, I like the auto-play feature that will let a class continue lesson to lesson until you finish or stop. It saves and shows you your progress in each course - very easy to see how much you’ve done / how much is left. Intuitive design, easy to use when playing a course. I like it a lot....the crashing makes me crazy, though!
