I keep having to delete and re-download the app to fix crashing issues on my iphone and ipad. If I go strait into where I want to go it’s fine. If I go out of the app it freezes. If I delete and reload it seems ok for a few days but then back to crashes. I wont give up on it though because this is how I view the classes which are awesome.

There is so much valuable content here but I am frustrated because if I’m watching a course video and I leave for a moment when I come back the video won’t start again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app a bunch of times and it only works sometimes. I can get to the part of the video but they won’t play :(

Despite numerous email exchanges for over two months with the developing team this app is a total failure. It seems as if KelbyOne has promoted this app to attract paying customers but fails to deliver. Developing team (if there is such a thing as”developing team”) has shown no ability to fix the app. Complete waist of time and money - stay away from It!
Offline doesn’t work

I watched half of a training course I downloaded on my flight out. Planned to watch the rest on the return flight. As soon as I opened the app, it said “syncing offline events.” Tried letting it finish sync at layover. No luck. Had to delete app and redone load.

App has performed flawlessly in terms of my streaming needs. Only question I have at this point: Why no AppleTV app?

I have tried everything to get this app to work. Ironically the content is great but the app is awful - it constantly crashes. It is unbelievable that Scott Kelby would allow his brand to be associated with this poor product. PLEASE FIX THIS APP ASAP!! 12/20/17 - This app is still the worst - horribly slow on an iPad. I will cancel my subscription and switch to CreativeLive - much better with great content. YouTube videos are better than this app.

The app is working fabulous now but sometime I found that I’m not logged in, so I have to log in again and safari passwords are not supported. It’s annoying.

It crashes a lot. I have rarely made it through a class without it quitting. It does not remember where you were in the video so you get to scan through and find where you were when it quit. It also has a very hard time ever completing the downloads to watch classes offline, usually crashes just before the download is complete. I have sent multiple inquiries through Kelby's customer service facility, about this and issues with accessing my account information and have yet to receive a single reply. I think it is time to have a look at Lynda!
