Extremely Frustrated

When I can finally get into a course the app crashes. When I go back in my course will no longer play. This kinda stinks when you’ve paid for a subscription.

I just have to go to kelbyone.com to access all content instead of using the app. Every time I want to watch a course in the app it freezes. It used to work before.

Watch over your mobile browser because this App stinks. It constantly stalls out and won’t work properly. Great content, truly horrible App.

For a service that prides itself on delivering its product online, this app is a disaster. It crashes continually even with the latest software updates. Little things — like auto play — that are critical to the user experience — simply don’t work. Who’s minding the store?

Love the content, but this app is just plain buggy. I press play and it immediately pauses. If i click play several times in a row i can sometimes “trick” it into playing. This generally happens when I return to a class I started previously. I also have classes I’ve started previously that I was successful in viewing only to come back to them and they will no longer load. This app has always had problems. I’m a mobile app designer and have worked on numerous apps, its not this hard to get it right with the right team and investment. (And ps. This app isn’t all that complicated)

I love the KelbyOne content, but the app is terrible. The video often somehow only plays about half a second, then stops. Also you can’t really put the video to full screen without then navigation bars...

The app crashes all the time

I love the courses and the material included in the subscription but the app is extremely flawed. Really disappointed because it’s very easy for me to take a class in the iPad while following with my camera but very difficult if I need to sit in front of my pc. Hope you can update it quickly.
