I paid $45 or so for a framed photo of my family. When it arrived the frame was well done just like all the other frames I’ve ordered from them but the print was dark and blurry. I was disappointed but imagine my dismay when I asked how to return it and was told they won’t take it back! All I wanted was a new print in the frame, seems easy enough but apparently that’s asking to much. The customer service at this company needs some serious work or they can forget about having me as a customer.

Keepsake is super easy to use and order from. Customer service has been great. Even though I have never had to send anything back, they always follow-up after an order to make certain of customer satisfaction. I've had about 6-7 photos framed by Keepsake and they've all been perfect.

Love, love love Keepsake! I'm a returning customer, ordering several framed photographs for myself as well as gifts. The finished photographs are clear snd sharp. The framed product is the best I have ever found anywhere! The back of the frame is sealed by paper and wired, ready to hang. I received my order within 3 days of placing it. Great service, reasonable pricing, completely satisfied with the final product. Thank you Keepsake!
Horrible quality photo prints

I should have read some of the negative reviews before making my purchase. The frame is a good quality but the photo print is horrible- dark and blurry. I purchased this as a gift and I’m embarrassed to give it. I have reached out to customer service, so hopefully there will be a positive resolution which may impact the review, but honestly, with so many competitor companies out there, this quality is really unacceptable.
