Exposure too dark

I've spent hundreds upon hundreds with Keepsake. One time I received a picture that was too dark to even make out the image. I asked if they would accommodate me by letting me order a different picture. They asked me to send a picture of the unusable pic which I did. Since then I never heard anything else. They basically ignored me. I understand that you have to use your best judgement when ordering and it wouldn't be cost effective for KS to change every picture a person didn't like. But after spending a lot of money with them they could be more customer friendly and help out this ones time. Their product is superior and I'm always satisfied. But one request to fix truly bad picture would have been a nice jesture. Maybe? Thanks, Dan Rafaniello Connecticut There are a lot of online framers out there, maybe it's time to shop around. The great idea is simple: you easily send a pic from your phone and you get it a few days later framed to you choice of style and color. I had a bit of a glitch due to a mistake of mine, but Adam provided the great customer service. Can’t wait to take some other pictures that I can frame and keep or give out as a gift.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Very pleased with my framed photo! It looks amazing! Extremely nice quality. They even delivered it quickly. I will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend this company. They even checked with me the day after it was delivered to see if I was completely satisfied. Wow! Very impressive! You won’t be disappointed.

I (probably like lots of people) have a ton of pictures on my phone and some of them aren’t half bad. I always had intentions of taking some of these great memories and putting them up on the wall, but getting these framed especially always seemed to be a hassle. This app is awesome. I picked two of my favorites as a trial and picked the small frame. They came in about a week the checkout buying process is super simple and the prints, framing, and mounting were high quality. Very happy and if you’re lazy but like pictures / photos as gifts or even to capture memories this is a great app / service.

I recently came across Keepsakes on one of my social media apps. I constantly have the “desire” to pictures for family but having to order the pics and then find a frame and then ship always ended up being too much and I’d end up not doing it. So when i saw Keepsakes and went through the app, i was so happy with how simply and easy it was. Picture, frame and shipping all from my phone. They were really fast too! My mother loved the picture and frame; plus you can add another picture to the gift tag for free. Support a small business and get this app, they are great!

Great app! Ordered 4 small pictures directly from my photo album on my iPhone. Pictures were delivered perfectly packed and they are great quality. Have already recommended this to other people and will use keepsake again.

Easy to use but not the best quality photo prints

I should have read some of the negative reviews before making my purchase. The frame is a good quality but the photo print is not great- dark and blurry. I reached out to customer service and they were nice and responsive, but didn’t offer to do much. Unlike some other companies, there was no alert if my photo was not high enough resolution (it should have been fine). Basically, with so much competition in this area, I expect a better product.
