Bad experience! – Keepsake Frames Review

I paid $45 or so for a framed photo of my family. When it arrived the frame was well done just like all the other frames I’ve ordered from them but the print was dark and blurry. I was disappointed but imagine my dismay when I asked how to return it and was told they won’t take it back! All I wanted was a new print in the frame, seems easy enough but apparently that’s asking to much. The customer service at this company needs some serious work or they can forget about having me as a customer.
