The update is really good . The app seems smoother than before. I liked this app. It allows you to secure datas ,photos, and other information using your finger print making it highly secure and it is easy to use as well. Just to login it uses finger print which make is highly secure. This app is really good
OK until you need tech support

I was holding off writing this review. Wanted to give tech support further opportunity to resolve my problem. In a nutshell here's my situation. I have had this app (Keeper Vault) for over a year and until recently,I thought it was great. Recently,I added a new record and after doing so I was UNABLE to access my previous data (all my passwords,credit card info etc) after numerous contacts with tech support it appears I am in deep doo doo). I was told by tech support to log in to their website and to backup my data and then delete and restore the app.!They told me to use my email address (specified by them) and master password for my IPhone.After 5 attempts they apparently destroyed my data Would not recommend this app!!
Great app but too expensive

Have had the app for a few years and it's great. It does the job. The Categorizing and being able to go to directly to a site with the saved ID and PW is great. Love all it's features. But it should cost less and not be told for added storage I have to pay more. I'm already paying enough
New fees are ridiculous

The app is very good and I have used it for about 4-5 years. However when the subscription goes from $9.99 to $29.99, I know it's time to find a new product. Especially when they storage limit barely holds 3 photos. I have found a new product and will not be renewing my subscription. Not even the 50% discount will keep me.
Excellent secure storage for passwords, credentials and sensitive information.

I use it both for my personal info and for my IT job. It has never given me any trouble. Secure encryption, easy to use, organized and manageable across devices and colleague users. Thanks Keeper crew. - I don't understand why some reviewers (probably kids) complain about paying for a service of this kind when it actually saves your world every instant of your life in so many crucial ways. I guess it is just ignorance about knowing all the hard work and invested MONEY behind the scenes for creating and keeping in a constant secure status all the giant servers, updated software and user data. -

Won't keep login information. Have to re-sign in every time I log in. At end subscription was tricked into purchasing something I didn't need, due to scare tactic...
