I have been using this program on my laptop for more than 2 years without issue! Today I go to login and they say I to pay $34.99 to access my vault. Their support replied to my contact and stated that the free version isn’t available on the laptop...surprising as I have had it for 2 years. I tried to access through my phone and it says I have to pay $34.99 to access my vault. Don’t recollect seeing any warnings about having to pay them in my email history either. I asked if there was a way to get my passwords and info without paying and they quite corresponding. It feels more like a Password ransom situation to me. Take a Pass on the Password Program!
