Worst interface ever
99cents or bust
I love the value KBB has provided me about New and used cars over the years. However, this new interface is beyond messed up and is not intuitive at all. The user experience gets a F grade. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

I agree that maybe they could've put a bit more effort into it but seriously it's kbb, the app does what it's supposed to. I downloaded it, looked up the value of a couple different cars and didn't get interrupted by an ad once. Yes there are ads on the bottom and here and there but isn't that kind of expected by now? Why shouldn't they throw ads on there, most everyone else is doing it. And yes I noticed the black borders on my iPhone 7 plus, sure they could've spent a bit more resources on it but whatever.. doesn't deserve most of the one-star reviews I read. Reason I gave it 3 stars is because it's basically the kbb website in app form. Saves me maybe 5 seconds, 10 tops. So thanks kbb for the thought of making a free app that you might be able to make a few bucks on but no thanks, the site operates better anyways.

This app looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2011. Come on Kelly blue book. We are in the age of technology. There’s no excuse for this. I could easily design a better smoother functioning app.

Absolutely horrible. I feel like I’m fighting with the drop down menus every time I try to get a car value.
Unusable. Please update.

I have to agree with so many others. The ads, pop up ads, animations, and general slowness make this a colossal waste of time. It took me only 8 minutes to throw in the towel and dump it. Save yourself 8 minuets and just go to Edmunds.

I can hardly hit any of the buttons without clicking an add and it taking to another screen. This app is just making money off click throughs to Ads. They have sacrificed the good name of Edmunds for the quick buck rather than actually providing the service the app was intended for.
