This is just the website with ugly black borders at the top and bottom of it. You might as well just go to the website, then add it to your home screen. It does the exact same thing without having to download an “app” and it shows up in full screen without the ugly borders.

Painful experience

This app is 4:3 screen and tons of ads pop out everywhere. Using this app making me feel myself an idiot wasting time on that. No one should waste any more time with KBB anymore.
Website works better

The app is slow, and doesn’t use the full screen. You’re better off using the website.

Works very slow and the size doesyeven cover the screen on my 7 plus. I’m better off using the website.
Updated app is not as easy to navigate.

I’ve always liked this app, but I haven’t used it in a couple of months. Tried it today and the pop up ads were distracting. Also, I was looking to configure a car really quickly, but was unable to figure out how. Too many ads that make it hard to follow what to do next. I’ll try again when I’ve got more than 5 minutes. Maybe I’m just frustrated at the idea of change?
