Too many ads

I know the app is free, but there are so many ads that it has become unusable.
Works... But barely

The app is not optimized for smaller screens, just the iPhone 4S and older screen size (3.5 inches). It is extremely glitchy and slow on my iPhone 7 Plus and 6S, but will technically get the job done. If KBB updated this with support for the iPhone 5/5C/5S/SE screen size the iPhone 6/6S/7 screen size, the iPhone 6 Plus/6S Plus/7 Plus screen size, and the iPhone X screen size, as well as normal performance fixes, it would be 5 stars easily.
App doesn't work anymore

They made an "update" to the app and now it doesn't load at all. Deleted.
Extremely Poor Display

2007 called, they want their 4:3 display ratio back. Seriously, it's a 4:3 app with black bars. It takes your status bar down there too. It's ridiculous. The iPhone 8 is on the cusp of release and I feel like I'm on a 3GS. What happened, did all your programmers use your tool to find a better job? It's pathetic. Try figuring out how to design an app that matches the decade. Your site is half reviews yet all the reviews on your app are 1 star. Are you blind? Might explain the app resolution. For anyone still reading, just use the website. It actually functions and doesn't give your screen the resolution of an Apple II Computer.

I only use this app to get an idea of a good price on cars. But it looks like I'm lookin at the app on an iPhone 4. Come on.. is it really that hard to make the app look a little better. And maybe a little faster! Othe then that the app serves its purpose for me.
Slow and Poorly Designed

This application seems dreadfully slow. It constantly stops, spins and waits. At times it feels unusable. Not sure why this happens because it's basically just a website viewer. Would not recommend, use TrueCar or something else, these are much better in my experience.
