It’s Not Rocket Science... but It Works – Just 6 Weeks Review

I am 45 yo. I Started this on 11/29 and could do a total of 55 reps. It’s now January 31st and I just did 141 and I am now starting to see physical changes. It’s gradual increase that mixes up reps in each set to keep shocking your muscles. I literally do the sets in the morning while I get ready so there is a minimal time commitment. Definitely worth a shot. All you have to gain is better fitness.
