This app is great. I love that it has plans for all of the basic exercises like pushups, sit-ups, squats, etc, all in one app. It’s well designed and a joy to use. I’m in week two for pushups and sit-ups and it seems to be working, but I also have army pt and other workouts on the side. So it’s hard to gauge.

The simplicity of this app is great for a workout app! Love that it’s not overly complicated. It would be a 5 star review if it allowed for slightly more customization around goals and linking with your reminders or calendar. If that can be done already please let me know and I will update my review.

Just downloaded the app to start using and when I was trying to set up my account when I try to enter gender I get a bunch of weird errors and it doesn’t allow me to enter in my height or weight. Disappointed I went ahead and bought the pro version since apparently it’s got some bug issues.
