super mega cha cha
It's a pretty good app but could be better - no way to go back edit a workout if you end the workout and accidentally don't add in the additional reps on the last set. - timer will reset if you are jump out of one workout to look at another workout, say if you're trying to superset two workouts. - no feedback option within the app. - no way to view future workouts. -unsure if you can re-rest to a more difficult setting without resetting and starting over.

I've built up my push-up wraps and stay on track with this app. I'm very happy with the results. And super easy to stick with because it so simple. Almost feels effortless and before you know it you start to see results.

It'd be great if I could do one round of each exercise then move on to the next round.

Simple to use, easy to just get lost in the movement you're doing because the app does the "thinking" for you. If you need to "superset", "look ahead", or tweak parameters then go take your complicated self elsewhere - this is for real folks that have lives and need an effective, efficient, progressive tracker and digital coach to get us fit and back to our lives without being "cerebral" about it. This app brilliantly does exactly what it promises, hands down. Bravo!

I love this app! I used it religiously a couple of years ago then became ill and needed to rest. I’ve recently started using it again and it delivers results! I wish my progress from the free app would transfer to the Pro version. I also wish this app would pair with my Apple Health and My Fitness Pal apps.

Worse than useless, the watch app is frustrating. The phone app is good, though I don’t understand why, at end of timer, I have to press number of push-ups to accomplish, then do it again when I’m done. There’s no timer or counter that I can find that requires this extra touch of the phone. And reminders, if not touched a certain way, are turned on and appear to only offer 12 midnight as the time. Finally found out you can, in fact, change the time but that bug is a usability issue.
