The first physical fitness test for the New Zealand Defence Force includes push ups and a modified sit up (called a curl up by the NZDF). These are all performed by potential recruits before they are given an offer of enlistment. This app was immensely useful in helping achieve good marks on my physicals. I am now beginning the journey of trying after my first unsuccessful screening from the Officer Selection Board. I look forward for round 2 in 2021, wish me luck fellas!

The app is great with its timers and trackers and such, but starting out, it doesn't give very good instructions on how to use it, or the functions of the app. That's my only problem with it.

This application helps you keep travk of your bodyweight training. If you are consistent you will see the results. What I do is that I adjust the number of reps I can do to avoid overtraining.

Week 2 day 2 and it just started getting really challenging. I hope I can continue my progress! This app makes it easy to stay on track and get excited about working out.
