This game would be great if I didn’t keep loosing my account this is the 3rd time my account has been deleted and it’s to the point of where I’m not even going to play anymore every time I get a good going account it gets deleted please fix this and maybe I will come back to this game some time

Customer support is the worst part! Full of scammers!

I rate this game 7 stars for the developers, but -6 stars for the customer support team. If you asked any long term player, you would have the same answer about how terrible the support team is. The developer keep being creative to save the game while the customer team has been destroying it. The support team (especially Branden- the manager) has reputation with poorly supporting real players and have done nothing with cheaters and scammers. There are many cheaters and especially scammers who run around to scam other players money. Even though they have been reported with clear evidences, but Branden and the support team have done nothing and ignored them. If Ludia does not change their support team, poor customer support will ruin the game one day.

This game is pay to win . Matchmaking is horrible . There is horrible communication. Raids are hard and have no communication at all. Seems fun at first but it quickly becomes annoying. This is why I am deleting this app . Save yourself the aggravation and don’t get it.

This game is Amazing! I just wake up every morning to play it! I don’t know if this suggestion is going to be taken, but maybe the T.Rex Gen 2 can be the male T.Rex in Jurassic Park?

I don’t want to relearn and disgustingly grindy game... It requires a nasty amount of time to upgrade dinosaurs with special stats and then you turn around and nerf every dinosaur that was worth boosting. New move sets made this EVEN WORSE. Uninstalling, enjoy the 1 Star creeps.

I was trying to play with my brother and I accidentally hit confirm to switch account and I cannot get back on it. PLEASE LET ME BACK ON IT! That is my best account and a need it back but I can’t. I really want it back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I am a child and this is my favorite game but that is just stupid. I just want it back and please respond. Now I play on this dumb account with no friends and a dumb alliance. Please please please give it back. I have nothing else to do on the game without my other account. The Eremotherium keeps sending me back to the home page.
