Was perfect

Perfect from the beginning until the most recent update, now my load screen makes t appear as if the game is updating (blue line showing 1/22) that’s slower then anything and never goes away. Makes it pointless for me to wait like 4 to 5 minutes for it to load up honestly. Please fix this and everything would be perfection. This is a new thing i’ve discovered, one the load time on the battles will not process so i can not battle, and two, the legendary spawn rates are crap, and instead of making it dna to level up why not include exp when they battle?

I play this game every day and I love the accuracy of the information in the descriptions about each dinosaur. I wish the function to earn free cash in the game was still available.


Better than expected

I thought this was going to be a reskinned Pokémon Go game, and it does sort of appear that way. But the gameplay is its own. There’s different mechanics and gameplay. I play both Pokémon Go and Jurassic World Alive and they feel like different games to me. Allow me to compare to PUBG vs Fortnite. Both similar games but different in their own way. That’s how Jurassic World Alive and Pokémon Go compare. But that’s just my opinion. I say give it a shot. It’s fun!


Better Than Pokémon Go!

All the failures of Pokémon Go have been solved in this game. Lack of creatures, lack of “pokestops”(supply drops in this game) and other things aren’t an issue in this game. Ludia has done more with this game In a couple months than Niantic has done with Pokémon Go overall. Ludia actually listens to their community and does care about it. 7/25/18 - My recent review stated tons of problems with the game which have now been fixed. They seem to have removed every single bug that I encountered and balanced the dinosaurs. I did notice that the new creatures can’t be accessed or created but maybe that’s on purpose. Otherwise, I just can’t wait for more updates for this game. I can’t wait for more creatures; here’s what I would like to see-Classic dinos from Jurassic games such as Giganotosaurus and Carcharadontosaurus, I would love to see more hybrids from Jurassic World the Game be added in too. I do hope for an eventual Aquatic update even though I have no idea how that would work and I wouldn’t expect it for a very long time. At this moment the game is amazing and I can’t wait for what’s in store! 8/6/18 - Just a couple small things. Dinosaurs like the Galliminus(level up animation) and Baryonyx(second animation when you tap on them) need a couple sound fixes. Lastly, I still think the Einiasuchus is a bit op. It’s able to kill its hybrid easily and pretty much everybody uses it. Oh, and stegosaurus seem a bit too tough as well. That’s all!


Horrible Customer Service Update 3

I am rating this one start until my issue with customer service and my reported glitch is resolved. I have never had a more infuriating experience with any customer service. I want the developer to contact me. Ludia - You are sorry does not fix my problem. Clearly neither can your customer service. I am keeping this at 1 Star until my issue is addressed and resolved. You have now responded with the same canned message twice. Do you understand what customer service is? Also you would know that I have not played the game since your tech support has failed to even try to resolve my issue after contacting them 4 times now. The only reason the app is still even installed is because this seems to be the only way to communicate with your tech support. Don’t bother sending me your canned message again unless you figure out that the email associated with my Apple account is obviously the same one used to play the game. This will allow you contact me via my email through the game and then you can read your failed customer service notes and maybe fix it that way instead of we are sorry. I have no praise for this game. Fix my issue or refund me all of the money I have spent on this game in the short time we played for my account and my daughter’s account.

Customer Service Stinks

I have waited for over 4 days for someone to reply to my email, regarding my deleted account. I had spend over $50 on this game, as it is a decent time wasting option. But now its a terrible game, because I’ve gotten automated emails from them, and they won’t resolve my problem.


Attempts on special dinosaurs

I am having issues with attempts on some Dinosaurs. For example the Gallimimus shows I have 0/50 for DNA but taken 3 out of 50 attempts to get the DNA and is information is incorrect. I have not attempted to collect the DNA on this one. Checked it two different time with in minutes and the number of attempts changed from 2 to 3. No attempts have been made to collect DNA at the time that I pulled the dinosaur up it was out of range for me to even attempt to collect.


Amazing game, glitchy GPS

I’ve been playing this game for a week straight because it’s such an addicting game to play, but the GPS is very glitchy. I would be riding my bike around my block and I would be half way around the block and the GPS would say I’m like 100 meters away from my actual location. This prevents my from getting supply drops and some Dinos. When I check my service I have four bars of connection, so idk if this is a glitch or just something that needs to be fixed, so if you’re reading Ludia, PLEASE FIX HE GPS!!
