Horrible Customer Service Update 3 – Jurassic World Alive Review

I am rating this one start until my issue with customer service and my reported glitch is resolved. I have never had a more infuriating experience with any customer service. I want the developer to contact me. Ludia - You are sorry does not fix my problem. Clearly neither can your customer service. I am keeping this at 1 Star until my issue is addressed and resolved. You have now responded with the same canned message twice. Do you understand what customer service is? Also you would know that I have not played the game since your tech support has failed to even try to resolve my issue after contacting them 4 times now. The only reason the app is still even installed is because this seems to be the only way to communicate with your tech support. Don’t bother sending me your canned message again unless you figure out that the email associated with my Apple account is obviously the same one used to play the game. This will allow you contact me via my email through the game and then you can read your failed customer service notes and maybe fix it that way instead of we are sorry. I have no praise for this game. Fix my issue or refund me all of the money I have spent on this game in the short time we played for my account and my daughter’s account.
