This is the BEST app to access your Mac from an iOS device. I’ve tried many apps, and this is the best one. Very easy to set up, and a stable connection. The last app I tried was Screens, and this is much better. For one, you can hear your remote computer’s audio in your iPad (which you can’t do on Screens), and Jump has a full screen, unlike Screens, where to take advantage of your iPad screen, you have to enter into Zoom mode, which can be cumbersome to move apps around afterward. In conclusion, this is the one to buy if you’re looking to access your computer remotely. Period.

WOW. Great app. It really seems like they thought of everything. Seamless and very easy to set up. Contrary to what some reviews tell you, it is very functional without a dedicated iPad mouse. Audio works too (although it’s a bit distorted. I haven’t messed with settings). Worth it for sure, especially considering the price of some of the competition.

Super disappointed to be writing this. This was my #1 must have app for years. Unfortunately a recent update seems to have broken RDP gateway support. Their once great support has gone unresponsive and doesn’t care if this doesn’t work. Unfortunately that renders this app useless. Shame, it worked great for years.

Does not appear to allow you to control an iOS device. My elderly mom often needs help so I need to see her phone desktop to walk her through whatever. That differentiation is not clear. Hate to give them a low rating but Ig has wasted a lot of my time. Requesting a refund.

Admittedly, it's been about five years since I tried a remote desktop app so perhaps I'm behind the times, but I was truly amazed at how well this worked to access my Windows 10 work computer from my iPad Pro. The experience was so smooth and easy!

Lost stored list of computers

I don’t use the mobile app often, but when needed it was great. Well, somewhere along the way, one of the updates resulted in a complete loss of the list of computers. Not good. Deeply disappointed.

It’s such a simple app to use. No huge fees or reoccurring charges. One click opens a window that displays a link to each computer you have setup in your group. Even on my phone. I use it everyday!
The iPad version can be better

I love this product on my laptop; however, on the iPad is challenging. The biggest issue with the iPad is that it doesn’t have server tags, and it makes it hard to find anything on my 400+ connections.
