Choose Gmail account to sign into the app and I get an endless spinning circle and nothing. Have tried workarounds on their website but no help. Have reached out for support via email no contact as of yet. If not helped w this issue will need a refund.

One of my most recommended apps

When I think of teams that have put in the work you guys are one of the first ones that come up. I jumped all in with iOS and i am a IT manager by trade. Your app is the best remote application out there period. I am blown away by all the updates you guys do and how well you think out things. Your implementation of how a mouse works is still nicer the iOS 13 implementation. I will continue to be a fanboy and shout from the roof tops loving that fluid now supports audio well done again team well done.

Best RDP Client out there

nikcomp

Only two things that would make it perfect First would be better background multitasking. I notice if I go to a different app I have to log reconnect to the RDP or Fluid session again. In Microsoft RDP for instance I don’t have to if I switch apps. Second one really speaks to what could be the best feature of Jump Desktop and that is the video out feature. The big problem with IOS 13 is it doesn’t show the mouse cursor when using “touch assistance”. If we can get the circle pointer that is available when you don’t do video out we would have the killer multi monitor solution of our dreams.

Jump Desktop saved my life as a college student

I use Jump Desktop all the time now that I’m living at my university, and it has proven to be invaluable to my situation. I bought an iPad because I fell in love with the Apple Pencil and could not go back to the Windows tablet world, as I never found them to be something I could just pick up and start drawing. However... as a CS major, I needed access to tools that are just not accessible on the iOS platform, and Jump Desktop has absolutely bridged that gap for me! Remote computing with Jump Desktop feels very close to natively running Windows on my iPad (especially with a bluetooth mouse), and with the addition of audio streaming, I have found it to be the absolute best remote desktop application, and a total lifesaver! Can’t send enough of my appreciation, thank you so much!

Best one out there

I’ve used almost every remote desktop tool for iOS out there and this one is the best, no contest. Multiple ways to connect to hosts, plenty of control customization, not enough latency to matter, audio streaming to the connected device, resizes resolution to match connected device (my favorite feature), saves multiple connections, easy setup, automatic reconnect when multitasking, gesture navigation, and best of all you can get it all for a ONE TIME FEE and as of the time of writing this review that fee is cut in half. Get it while you can, but even if you don’t spring on the half off, it’s still worth the full price and I would pay it again in a heartbeat.

Only works on Wifi

Had great hopes for this app. Works great on wifi but will not connect on cellular. Support team have been working in this for weeks with no resolution. Very frustrating!!!

Full keyboard and mouse support with iPad Pro & better than Microsoft’s RD Client!

Kfrye89

I paid for this hoping it would provide full keyboard and mouse support (when they are connected to your iPad of course) in a remote session and it absolutely delivers! It’s also very fast, fills the iPad Pro screen, and allowed me to import .RDP files for a fast setup. Yes, this is better than the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client, if for no reason than the keyboard/mouse support. In the Microsoft RD Client, the keyboard is gimped and the mouse doesn’t behave exactly the way you want it to. This was worth every penny!

Too Good Too Be True

Absolutely The best VNC client available. Needed sound... ADDED SOUND!! Even more amazing!! And it works every time. Latency is at all time absolutely mindblowingly low.

10/10

Easily the best money I have ever spent on an app. Absolutely worth buying! Set up was straightforward and quick. The software launches flawlessly every time. Incredibly low latency, I was blown away when I first opened the app. Thanks Jump, finally a remote desktop that not only meets but exceeds expectations!

NOT LINUX ADMIN FRIENDLY Lacks <INS> key and ios13 external monitor with physical mouse

Lowered rating from 4 to 2 stars as current Jump Desktop version is NOT designed fully for Linux/Unix operating system use. First, the virtual keyboard display lacks an <INS> key which is fundamental for unix/linux system administrators for the copy/paste text key sequence of <CTRL><INS> and <SHIFT><INS> respectively. Jump Desktop has a virtual keyboard button to paste the text from clipboard to screen but it's not readily intuitive as <INS>, and that seeded virtual key is not listed near the SHIFT or CTRL buttons so you have to hunt/scroll/peck each time. Use of the ios physical keypad sequence of <CTRL><C> copies in the vi editor but the same sequence at the o/s command prompt is an INTERRUPT sequence, not paste text. Second, the virtual keyboard display key sequence is fixed, the user cannot rearrange/group most used keys to display together or in the order desired. This is inefficient to have to scroll horizontally the virtual keyboard display to find the button needed especially if there's multiple keys for a control sequence. Third, heard back from developer that with a physical generic mouse using an external display with ios that the Jumpstart option to display externallly must be disabled in order for the external screen's mouse pointer to mimic the ipad's display as it's moved else won't reposition until you click on the screen at the final location/item. Developer says specific named mouse brand/models are supported not generic. Below is my original post: Using ipad pro ios13 with an Apple USB-C to Digital Multiport Adapter, hdmi external monitor, and a USB mouse. I've used the same components with Microsoft RDP and both the external hdmi and ipad pro monitors properly displays the active mouse pointer as you move across the screen. Jump Desktop does not - as you move the mouse you can see the pointer move on the ipad display but it does not mirror the movement on the external hdmi monitor. When you use a mouse button, Jump then relocates the external hdmi monitor's mouse pointer to the correct position. I prefer not to use a bluetooth wireless mouse (which Jump promotes a $50 brand), that's why I bought a usb wired mouse. The iOS Jump settings for 'mouse' show the application doesn't recognize the wired mouse. Positive points are that compared to Microsoft's RDP (ios 13 version), Jump properly utilizes the entire external monitor whereas ios/MS RDP does not expand. Jump has a better designed display keyboard and more seeded keys (e.g., ctrl+alt+del is displayed as a single key button) and a shortcut to function keys whereas MS RDP is more cumbersome and requires pressing multiple individual keys to send a control sequence. If Jump would properly track the wired mouse onto the external display (which MS RDP does), Jump would be a five-star winner for me. I've used a lot of freeware and purchased/subscription rdp software for decades and if Jump could fix this symptom, they'd leap frog MS RDP.
