Burn in can't be done at the factory?

If the product requires 40s of "burn-in" to optimize sound, then why isn't it done at the factory?? What's more annoying is that if the screen on my phone shuts off during this 40hr period of white noise, then the burn in stops. So, the device has to be lit for 40hrs as well. Do it at the factory. Don't put this on your customers.
Inconvenient and useless Burn-in tool

It says the headphones should play the burn in tool 5-8 hours a day for a week, for a total of 40 hours. But the sound only plays when the app is opened on the screen. If you switch to another app, or if the screen goes into sleep, the sound stops playing. Who has time to dedicate their phone to this Burn-in for 5-8 hours a day?

Every time i go to the register and i fill in the info and click on register the app crashes, even if it says you have successfully registered and i try to log in i get a message "incorrect password or email"

When ever I try to log in it says incorrect password. Try to login with Facebook link it crashes. Hit app support and you get a website that is absolutely no help.
App doesn't work
Screw it. Seriously.
I have registered several times, but every time I try to login the app displays an error message of "incorrect username or password". The password reset never sent an email to reset the password and login. Coincidentally, I've started getting back-to-back calls from telemarketers since I registered on the app.
Crashes, can't even register

I can't even get past the first step of registration! I was hoping this app would allow me to pair my headphones with my phone, because they haven't been able to pair otherwise. Super disappointed.

Ok. l see the potential of this app but the registration is a pain. The app ran once for me and when I tried a second time it cut out and wouldn’t play.
