I’ve only tried the Air Executive style and they aren’t as bad overall that I can tell even though they have had their issues since I’ve had them... (07/01/2020) I started out with full functionality as to be expected and then after about 2 week’s I started to lose in the left bud. It would disconnect randomly then reconnect on it’s own even though there was no change in position of my mobile device or the buds. Activating the ambient sound tool on the buds are the easiest function to use. The left bud also controls the audio presets so if the left bud is having touch sensitivity issues you’ll have my major problem with the buds. When the touch sensors malfunction they lose responsiveness to commands, which is an ongoing problem for me. By the time I figured out what the issues where the warranty had elapsed and since they still work I will let them ride the course, plus I don’t want to send my ear buds all the way to JLabs and have to retake the cord until whenever I would hear back from them after receiving, observing, making any repairs or upgrading them if needed, keeping me updated and getting them back to me. The right bud has an ongoing issue with disconnecting once placed in the case now unless you press in kinda firmly which wasn’t the case initially which can be a real power drain, and privacy problem. Overall the sound quality is pretty solid as well as call quality. I don’t truly understand why, if you answer an incoming call from your mobile device, while buds are connected, does the call go to the mobiles earpiece but if you answer with the buds everything goes smoothly??? I have these buds connected to my iPhone XS Max only.

GO TRUE AIR WIRELESS, REVIEW

Chuff9612

I have four different earbud styles or product types. My first purchase were “GO true air wireless earbuds”. At first I was thinking they weren’t for me. The sound was excellent! The fit not so much. I was disappointed and put them in electronic storage. Lol A couple weeks later I decided to try again. I put the cushions on and tried the different size bud-tips. I found a decent setup but not still not comfortable. I found myself constantly having to adjust. I’ve grown used to them and I’ve come to the conclusion it’s just my ears. Lol I’m thinking the housing or shape of the earbud and my ear opening don’t work well. Like I mentioned above, I continued to keep trying, few months went by and I found I could tolerate the weird fit. Lol Everything else was well above my expectations. I’m a self proclaimed audiophile, so full range, clarity and over all sound quality is paramount. These buds pack so much sound and in extreme high quality. I wish they’d fit better so I wasn’t adjusting to keep the optimal sound quality but in fairness I have to give a five star rating. They are excellent in battery life, the three EQ settings are super, I use bass boost exclusively. The charging and storage case are very nice exceptional quality all round. I’ve never had a tech issue. Wonderful overall I’d definitely recommend.

I wish they had a app so if you lose one side you can find it. Examples JBL, Samsung

It’s a good true wireless Bluetooth but I wish they had a app so if you lose one side you can find it. Examples JBL, Samsung So I’m a customer and I had my JLab earbuds true wireless for about 4 months. And yesterday I lost one side. I don’t know how to find them do you guys have a app?

Wow.........

These headphones I got are....well....trash yes that’s the right word. What I mean by trash is the battery I have it on my heAd for like five minutes and they say low battery. BUT THEY CHARGEING FOR LIKE THREE DAYS BRU The fit is really good and the quality of sound is awesome the instructions said that they would last like uh 20 hours but ha they don’t they last like five to 20 minutes Otherwise they’re pretty good for 20$. I’d suggest to save your money for more expensive headphones unless this company has higher quality headphones Developers great on it but work on the battery for next pair of headphones u make

Very misleading.

This app CANNOT even help you with burn-in. Just download SoundCloud. This app does not provide any more than 10 minutes of burn in. You heard me right. The app points you to a website link to loop the audio for burn-in and the website tells you to go to app.

Just a web store

Narf2006

Does nothing!

Useless

Popplecass

I was looking a new and volume control. This is just a sales app

All this app is a product page and white noise player

yeeet kid

So the description make it sound like it was this awesome app that had EQ and other sound tuning tools, all the burn in tool is, is a link to a static sound file. Other than that they just try to sell u other products. ?‍♂️
