Simple exercises for the pregnant lady!
Simple for the pregnant
Great place to find simple, pregnancy appropriate exercises. Especially helpful when it isn't nice outside and I don't feel like going to a workout class. I wish it was formatted for my ipad. The screen rotation and noise prompts don't work. If the sound worked, I would have given it another star.

I really appreciate this app and how it keeps track of my pregnancy and gives me appropriate exercises. I left off a star because I would love if they’d have a picture of the demonstrator’s starting position for the next exercise while it counts down to that exercise beginning—it’s hard to jump up from the floor or down to the floor and get in position when you’re pregnant! And I can’t always picture what’s next just from the name of the exercise. Similarly, in the cool down the exercises go from floor to standing with no transition. Why not have the demonstrator do the whole cool down in real time instead of cutting to suddenly she’s standing? Otherwise I like the app a lot!
No sounds but great otherwise

I’m really enjoying this app and with two kids running around 7 minutes is great however the sound does not work for me which is a little annoying.
