I like the simple exercises and demonstrations. No background music which is a little annoying. Also workouts never seem to chance which gets fairly boring. Would love a more randomized workout program.

Just started using it and it's great. I don't normally bother to review aps - especially one branded by a mega corp but it's very well made and user friendly.

You'll never see any gains doing these exercises. Come on J&J give us something that's going to raise my body temperature and get my heart pumping!
