Better sync app with desktop

I like that the app and desktop are quick in the responsive department. I wish that the two devices synced better.
Good basic interface. Horrible jira service desk.

Good basic interface for Jira but basically useless if you’re using Jira Service Desk. No support for queues or any service desk specific features.

Just crashes when it opens can't get to a stable screen even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.

Crashes at login screen. Try uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same issue.

Can not even try the app as it cashes when trying to start the app the first time.

I couldn't get beyond the welcome screen, type in my username, or anything before it crashed. I tried it eight times, it crashed it times, I deleted it.
