PLEASE NOTE: At this time JIRA for iPhone is only available for JIRA Cloud users.
JIRA Software for iPhone provides:
• One curated feed of issues you're working on
• The ability to comment, answer questions, and mention teams members on the go
• The power to create, assign, transition, and prioritize issues from anywhere
We’re just getting started and your feedback is invaluable. Simply shake the app to send a direct message to our product and engineering team. We look forward to hearing from you!
The main use case I have is to understand the progress of our sprints. However, the sprint view is basically unusable. You cannot easily see a summary of all stories and you cannot click into individual stories. It’s the worst of both worlds.
I am successful accessing via web mobile site but not from this app. I keep getting a network error when trying to authenticate.
The “recently viewed” list is often out of date and doesn’t keep up with actions in the app. “Add issue link” does nothing. A variety of fields available on the web application are broken. Tap targets wait before animating, then move right before you tap them, leading you to open the wrong page. Instead of a stable ordering on the “issues” list, items are constantly moving around.
App has been great but now it’s useless to me after moving to the new iPhone today as attempting to login with Google tells me the session is expired when it isn’t. Edit: Latest iOS 13 app update seems to have resolved the issue
So I try to log in and the pages go everywhere. At one point it adds 4 pages on top of each other. Then if I dismiss the login screen (which likely shouldn’t be possible, I get an infinite loading screen)
