Great app and design

I love Atlassian Jira. I use it for everything, not only for work. The app is great and it does allow me to stay in touch with my team. The missing star is for not allow me to set a time (specific time like 12:30am) for my task.
JIRA has come so far with improving UX!

Universal Links Not Working

My friend says that he can tap JIRA email links and the app will automatically launch. Meanwhile, every JIRA email link I tap I’m taken to the website with an “open” option in the top banner. How do I get the app to automatically open?
Overall Great App

This is an overall great app, I just wish we could view the Backlog, instead of all issues ever opened. This is the one feature really holding the app back, in my opinion.

The app experience feels a lot better than the website which I find very cluttered and many clicks to get to what I need. One feature that would make the app a “must have” would be the ability to create a ticket on the backlog while you are not in front of your computer. Many times an idea come for an issue/improvement while you may not be in the office but have your phone with you. Creating a quick ticket on the go would be great.

I like that the app is very mobile friendly. It’s not just their website but smaller, but actually designed well for the smaller screens.
Need more updates

Good for just checking overall status. Can’t add a subtask from mobile app , it selects as bug always. Can’t see the board dashboard properly. Expecting some update on the dashboards and also adding deleting sub tasks and stories need to be better.
Love the functionality, esp how easy it is to change issue type

Yay for the latest updates! Makes updating stories, commenting, viewing actionable items so much easier.
