Armed a lot of credits. Tried to a pack but don’t know what’s wrong.nif I have to watch all those puzzles why can’t I get my credits used.

Was working so great the first week and now it keeps force closing on me in the middle of the puzzle! I will be moving a price and bam I’m kicked out and then have to watch an ad to get back into it only for it to close on me again!

While I can appreciate continuing to try to “improve” the app, the changes made just clutters the puzzle board. Also, the latest changes have caused a glitch in the program in that when you close the game and return, the pieces have jumped around. Frustrating.

Great game, but...update issues

I bought this program several years ago because they have such great puzzles. It used to update all the time, but lately there hasn't been even one. So today was the first time I haven't been able to open the app at all. It tries to start, but it shuts down. I tried restarting my iPad and still it won't start. They just introduced a new prize gimmick, so maybe that has something to do with the app locking up. I love doing some puzzling every day, so clearly I'm going to miss it...

I loved doing these puzzles and have purchased many. I strongly dislike the scatter thing, the fact I can no longer lock my screen as easily. And there is this music that plays, constantly, and the ONLY way I can find to turn it off, is by deleting the app. My music is Off, but yet after an ad runs music starts playing. There is NO way to turn it off, I’m sorry, I absolutely hate this latest update. You ruined a good app. Oh and when I reinstall the app, 80% of my purchased and finished puzzles, are gone. So very disappointed. Please put it back and what is that god awful music and how do you make it STOP???? And unbelievably no matter what nickname I pick, it’s already used. So guess it’s next to impossible to leave a review.
Too many pop ups of puzzle packs on launch

I purchased the ad free version long ago because I just want to relax while doing puzzles. They just seem to keep adding more and more pop up s to sell puzzle packs but I already have plenty I have purchased and don’t need to buy them daily. Just let me launch the app without trying to sell me more than I need. I paid to be ad free, shouldn’t this also include ads from the developers?
