Enjoyment and Frustration

neuquen2009

I really enjoy doing the puzzles but the pop ups are so distracting and there are way too many! It has gotten to the point where I am questioning whether I want to continue with this app or find a better one.

Favorite Jigsaw App!

Great app! Awesome puzzles and variety of challenges. There’s something for everyone here. Want easy? Choose a low number of pieces with no rotation. Hard? 1024 pieces of some very complicated pictures with rotation. And everything in between. Challenges based on number of pieces, consecutive days, and using application features. Free puzzle daily with incredible puzzle packs for purchase BUT... rack up points and you can “buy” a puzzle pack with points. This is my daily go-to.

Disappointed

I dropped my five-star review to three because there are two to three times as many ads as there were six months ago. I spend $5 to $12 a month on puzzles and yet have to put up with increasing, annoying ads. I love the app but hate the too frequent ads. Starting to look for a new app.

False Advertising

I bought a puzzle pack advertised for $3.99 my bank notification popped up showing I was charged $9.99 this is wrong! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS APP! In fact DO NOT EVEN DOWNLOAD IT why have many app that tells you a low price then charges you way more! Not buying anything here ever again! ??

Aggressive advertising ruins a good app

First it was the pop ups, then it was the pop ups that delay before you can get rid of them. Then it’s the banner ads that are difficult to make go away without activating them. Now the last straw is a new advertising button they put into the puzzle play buttons right next to a button I use a lot….now I need to be careful every time I push the the puzzle play button that I don’t set off another time wasting and annoying advertising “experience.” I’ve had this app for a couple of years and I have bought puzzles but I’m looking for a new app because they have killed a good experience. It’s value destruction people!!

Enough with the pop-ups!!!

Enough puzzle choices to please everyone. Many different skill levels. Easy, easy to very difficult. Free puzzles as well as special interest puzzles you can purchase. There are a few short ads to show you what’s available to buy. The ads are not bothersome.

LOVE THIS APP ?

I like it because it is relaxing and you get to figure out the puzzles!

What’s the point in collecting coins now!!?

PamTNC

Update: Now we're being offered ways to win coins. Again, there is very little incentive to accrue coins, as there are very few puzzles available to be purchased with coins. There used to be a lot. Until recently, one of the fun things in the game was collecting coins as we finish puzzles. There were many puzzle sets for sale using coins. Lately, there are only a few puzzle sets for sale using coins. Almost all the puzzle sets ask for actual $USD. This takes away some of the challenge towards completing puzzles, which lessens the fun. The developer is telling me that we should look in the “Treasure Box” for packs on sale for Credits. Yes, I know about that. But there are overall WAY fewer packs that can be purchased using credits than there used to be. It makes trying to accrue credits somewhat pointless. Also, I would very much like to be able to choose where the pieces scatter to: all around, all top or all bottom (not sides). And I'd like to be able to set it so they don't scatter farther than the right and left sides of the puzzle square. I have poor eyesight, and so I have to enlarge the puzzle placement square out to the right and left sides of my phone screen. So any pieces past there I have to move one-by-one so they show above or below the table square. I do love this game - it's my favorite! .
