Great game horrible glitches

Don’t buy anything through this game. It takes your money and doesn’t deliver. Too many glitches. It too bad because the game could be really fun otherwise.

I’ve been playing this addictive game for years. I stopped last year because I would get so far into the game and one day it “updated” and deleted all my data and making me start from the beginning. So a year later I decided to download it again hoping they fixed the issue. Did they? NOPE! Got to level 36 and it did an “update” and poof! All data gone! FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!!

Sad That each variety this company offers has in app purchases. To continue each level. Why can't I just keep playing over &, over till I pass the level with out purchas packets. Or signing up for thing &, filling survey that result in purchase after endless nonsense questions. SMH SAD

Some levels are just impossible to beat. It takes me days to pass one level. There is also something wrong with the app because every time I choose a booster, it kicks me out and it goes back to home screen but the coins are already gone. I was at level 178 and the next time I opened this app, it started me at level 1 and all my coins and purchased relics are gone. Deleting this app. What a waste of time!

Started playing just to pass the time; I enjoyed the game initially, but have now been forced into a complete restart three or four times. I open the app, it takes me back to level one. Have never paid and with this issue never will.

Fun game, but very frustrating because I can’t get to the higher levels. Whenever I see the “Loading” bar, I know it’s going to erase my progress and put me back at Level 1 again.

When you get to 66 after playing it and getting enough to get the feature that keeps the monkeys in the cages, it doesn't do that instead it makes it not be able to use three in a row in the cage causing you to not have any matches. It doesn't register as not having anymore matches so you can't move. Instead you have to exit the game and lose all your points. After finally finishing with that level it kicks off and won't let you go any further but to start from the beginning. Frustrating and a waste of effort.

Love the game but absolutely hate that the turn off sound option doesn’t work. I have to turn off sound on phone and forget to turn it back on. Miss important warnings and calls. Very dangerous!!!!!!!

But I miss my jewel quest from a few years ago. It seems every time they try to improve it, they just make it more tedious.

I’ve had this twice. Both times I deleted it because after I was up to 89-90 levels it kicked me back to the beginning taking all my coins and all the permanent relics I had obtained. Not a good way to get gamers.
